Shipping & Returns
Last updated: 25 May, 2026Thank you for shopping with ADVIKEN. We aim to deliver your products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our guidelines on shipping rates, delivery timelines, and return eligibility below.
1. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Metro deliveries take 3 to 5 business days post dispatch, while the rest of India takes 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are executed by our reliable national logistics partners.
2. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is free for all online payment orders. If you choose Cash on Delivery, ₹100 will be added at checkout.
3. TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, we send a tracking ID and link via SMS and email. You can check the shipping journey directly using the provided link or inside your ADVIKEN account dashboard.
4. EASY 7-DAY RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns and size exchange requests within 7 days of package delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all product labels and tags attached.
5. EXCHANGES (SIZE / DEFECTS)
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or received a damaged product, please request an exchange. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch the exchange product as soon as the item passes inspection.
6. REFUND TIMELINES
Once your return passes inspection at our fulfillment center, refunds are processed. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. COD refunds are processed via secure bank transfer.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items purchased during special warehouse clearance sales, flash discounts, or labeled as 'non-returnable' on the product detail page are not eligible for refunds. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to roll out global shipping soon. Keep an eye on our newsletter updates for international shipping announcements.
