We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries to metro cities typically take 3 to 5 business days, while other regions across India take 5 to 7 business days.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment directly on our website via the Track Order page using your Order Number or tracking ID.

Currently, we only ship orders within India. However, we plan to launch international shipping services in the near future. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates.

We support multiple secure payment options including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.

No, we do not charge any extra fees for Cash on Delivery (COD). Shipping is completely free for all orders, whether you pay online or via Cash on Delivery.

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of package delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact our support team at support@adviken.com or call us at +91 87000 73650. We will schedule a reverse pickup for your package.

Once the returned product passes the quality check at our warehouse, we process the refund. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, bank details will be requested to process a secure bank transfer.

We launch exclusive, limited-run pieces. Some styles may not be restocked once sold out. However, for core collection items, you can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the product details page.
